Gav has more than 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Business Management Customer Service and over 8 years of experience leading large, diverse and growing teams. He also has an extensive background in e-Commerce, a proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications as well as Google Docs. Gav has always gravitated towards customer service/support and business analyst roles as he truly enjoys building good customer relationships. A self-described gym junky, Gav spends a lot of his free time being active. His friends also describe him as honest, detailed, organized and results-driven. Harpreet has excellent problem solving skills and specialized in computer hardware installations, networking software and operating systems and other peripherals. Harpreet is proud of the fact that he’s supporting solutions that help improve the safety of his customers. Outside of work, Jim can be found playing his Bass Guitar and spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs.

He has over 12 years of experience in providing technical support and considers networking to be a specialty (he also makes a great paper airplane). Neil particularly loves the feeling of accomplishment when he gets something working again – he’s also very fond of his comfy chair at work. You’ll know in an instance that you’ve been connected with Neil as your support specialist: he says his rugged good looks and rapier wit ensure he stands out in a crowd.

He is also prone to making math jokes and puns. Outside of work, Steven can often be found sport fencing or gaming.
